Late but worth the wait: That just about sums up The Halal Guys' new restaurant in Union Square. While we've been obsessing over these meals through delivery services, we're happy to report there's now a brick-and-mortar place where you can find the Mediterranean feasts. In case you've been living under a rock, just order the combo platter — chicken, gyro and falafel with salad, rice and tasty sauces. Dessert is simple: baklava. What started as an NYC food cart serving halal eats to hungry cab drivers is now a fast-food game changer. Show up, chow down.
