Trends come and go (and sometimes refuse to go, in the case of the man bun). One that we hope sticks around is the sour beer, which offers complexity that an IPA just can't match. Revel in its glory on February 12 for Sour Sunday in Berkeley. Brewers from all over state, along with a few out-of-towners, will serve their finest concoctions at Jupiter and Triple Rock. Tickets start at $30, which gets you a commemorative glass and five tastings. If you feel like splurging, the Pucker Package runs $65 and adds five more tastings, a T-shirt and a slice of pizza. Because beer and cheesy carbs go together like man buns and Coachella tickets. Speaking of tickets, get yours here.

A celebration of sour beers.
It's gonna be sweet.
