Try the watermelon gazpacho or the cecina carpaccio, and make sure to heed owner Marcos Gavela's recommendation that you don't leave without trying something from their wine list (it's what inspires the rest of the kitchen). Or, if you're in the mood for a cocktail, order their Ginebra G'Vine, made with ginger ale and cardamom. It's truly a work of art.
