Poké restaurants are popping up all over the world. If you're not sure what this means or if whether it's related to a video game, let's start with a quick explainer. Poké is based on the Hawaiian tradition of bowls of marinated raw fish mixed with ingredients like kombu and rice. Hokey Poke has taken this foundation and created a build-your-own-bowl concept where you can spice up and decorate your bowl with yummy, healthy stuff like kale slaw, tofu, pickled ginger, carrots and spring onion. You could also opt to munch on a professionally designed bowl and trust their culinary genius above your own. Either way, the poké trend is here to stay and you should get your head in the game.

Suzette only stays at home to watch Orange Is The New Black. She limits her fluid intake to water, wine and champagne and she absolutely doesn't get the selfie trend. Burma is next on her to-do list. That, and salmon fishing in Iceland.
