"Salvia Pomacea, Citrus Basilicum." No, we weren't taking biology all over again. But we were learning a lot about the properties of plants and flowers. We were tasting the marvelous cocktail creations at Linneo Botanical Pub, where every drink was made out of herbs and flowers grown on their terrace. It was like a botanical laboratory where we could experiment with combinations of smells and tastes based on different plants. From dahlias to violas, every ingredient proved to be more than a mere decoration. The old laboratory bottles at the bar and green plants hanging from the wall completed our journey to the botanical world of Linneo. Experiment for yourself. No lab coat needed.
