The gritty cobblestone path that is Nachalat Binyamin has never been quite so trendy. The Poli House is a new, experimental luxury hotel that blends Tel Aviv's storied past with the present and its promising future. Housed in a meticulously restored Bauhaus building overlooking the city, the property includes a rooftop bar open to the public — of course, you're also welcome to book one of the futuristic-chic guest rooms. The bar overlooks the Carmel Market, with a view expanding out to the sea. It doesn't open till November, but that just means you can be sure you'll be one of the first to take a seat in a neon bar chair and tuck into delectable tapas, enjoying this glittering urban gem.
