Instead of getting obsessed with every kale cleanse that hits Instagram, the vegeterian restaurateurs in Berlin are pros at waving off the fads and creating deliciousness that doesn't go out of style. Holy Flat combines European, Middle Eastern and Latin American cuisines to create some of the freshest bowls and organic flatbreads in town. Particularly tantalizing is the Red Bowl, a nutrient-packed mix of beetroot, quinoa, hummus, cherry tomatoes, avocado and goat cheese. Another must-try is the Bem Brazil flat: acarajé (peeled, fried beans), vatapá sauce, mushroom-celery mix, almonds and vinaigrette. These flavors are here to stay.

A vegetarian restaurant with spectacular bowls and flats.
