Buildings get torn down all the time, but never do they make this stylish an exit. For roughly the next month, a massive bank building in Kürfurstendam set for demolition has been granted a glorious purgatory period in which 165 multidisciplinary artists both local and global (including the famous 1UP) will stir up a tornado of unprecedented creativity. This temporary artistic environment, simply titled The Haus, has got to be one of the most inspiring and inventive spontaneous art events to hit West Berlin in quite some time. It'll be like a graffiti-soaked Buddhist sand mandala. Be sure to experience this collaborative wonder before it's literally blown away.

A gallery event that's as gigantic as it is temporary.
Decommissioned bank buildings don't get adorned with amazing art every day.
