Set in a former printing house, the studio offers a wide variety of classes and accommodates most schedules. Athletic yogis will enjoy the vigorous Vinyasa classes, while those looking for calmer experiences will appreciate the restorative and meditation sessions. Casa Yoga also offers pre- and postnatal yoga, as well as mom-and-baby experiences.

You are probably familiar with Lululemon Athletica's fitness apparel. The brand is also known for its love story with yoga, and as such, the stores throughout the city host free classes. If the reason you haven't started yoga is the price tag, you are not alone. Conscious that many studios' membership prices can be quite high, the aptly named Affordable Yoga and Fitness has been offering classes for as low as €6 a session since 2013. Now anybody can find their flow without going broke (and support the business model to keep things up and running). Affordable Yoga and Fitness also offers corporate classes in the workplace.
