To tea or not to tea: That is the question. Or is it? Visit Cha Le Tea Merchant and you’ll see that the issue is not whether to drink tea, but what kind of tea to drink. This chic little teahouse is introducing Vancouverites to new ways of enjoying the traditional drink. Sip an oolong latte, lap up the fermented goodness with rotating kombucha on tap, try a daily special cold brew and make your taste buds dance with sparkling teas. There are even tea mocktails, which will be tea cocktails once Cha Le gets its liquor license. Purists, there are 24 single-origin teas sourced from independent farmers. And should you feel peckish, the salted caramel and banana toast is, ahem, tea-rrific.

A chic teahouse offering almost endless ways to enjoy the traditional drink.

When was the last time you had tea made in a state-of-the-art brewing system that customizes temperature and brewing times for each individual tea?
