Science meets savasana. In a nutshell, that's what the Parasympathetic Yoga Project is all about. At PSP's upcoming event on April 21, you can expect these two seemingly disparate fields to blend together beautifully. The evening starts with a presentation about the latest neuroscientific research on stress, mental well-being and movement, and includes a group discussion and curated yoga practice. PSP takes dense, complex scientific concepts and distills them down to their most accessible forms, making them both fascinating and easily digestible. Think of this as a two-for-one workshop and workout, where you'll leave both informed and elongated.

An evening event featuring a talk on neuroscience research and a yoga session.
It's an enlightening union of science and spirituality.
